Are you on a FAS-funded course?

I've been on JSB since May 2009. I had a meeting with FAS two weeks ago. He said they would fund a course I want to do provided it is no longer than 12 weeks in total. I'm wondering if this is a strict rule, or do they ever bend it? The course I want to do is 18 weeks long. Also, do FAS ever fund distance-learning courses?…

Finally, they told me they would provide up to €800 towards a course. If the course I want to do is more than €800, will they still give me the €800 towards the total payment?
