Does anyone know if you can buy these in Ireland? I like the look of them. Not to magically get fitter from shoes but I damaged my knees a couple of years ago and MBTs have really helped. I can run again :D so the few ads I've seen look like they do the same sort of thing. Plus they look really cosy!

There was a segment on them on Ireland AM last Friday. They are available in Schuh.

See the clip here, the fitflop boots are at about 6:30 mins. They're mentioned again here.

Has anybody seen the suede one they call 'GOGH' ? I just wondered if they would look a bit like slippers or if they are suitable for day wear. Its not for general use I am thinking , but for an upcoming shopping trip to the States where I will be on my feet all day. I love my sparkly Fit Flops for the summer and thought these might be an alternative. I would not wear something like Crocs out shopping so just wondered if these would look a little more 'shoe' like.

I want to get a pair of these for bumming around, they actually look pretty good IMHO. I'll try them on somewhere here but with sterling the way it is at the mo I'll be buying them online on a UK website. £200 vs €270???

    No brainer methinks:)

You can, They have them in Heels in Wicklow, So I'm sure they're in bigger shops in Dublin too.

Haven't had a chance to try them on yet but they look lovely.

I calculated you'll save about €40 buying them online, which I blogged about here. There's a 5% off code here also, valid until November 5th.

Just rang Vienna Shoes (lots of stores around) and they have the Mukluk boots in, the short ones, and they are €170.

I'm seriously considering buying a pair (or two) for the winter.

    €170 ! That's madness I think I saw them on www.shoe-envy.co.uk for £50?!

Has anyone tried the new Earth boots which are meant to be better than Fit Flops? I have a serious lower back injury and posture and core strength is paramount for me...I think I'll try the leather biker ones for winter

I think the UGG type look is a bit young for me (I'm 35)

As with everything, these shoes are massively cheaper in the UK - and some of them even offer free shipping.

It would be great to hear from anyone who has bought a pair!

The Mukluk boots are actually £124.99 on shoe envy, not sure how much delivery is to Ireland though.

Regardless of whether you order online or buy in a store here they're still very pricey!!!

I'm having second thoughts about buying them to be honest.

I've ordered the Earth ones... let's hope they are fab! They were $125 plus £13 delivery so expensive enough...but anything that can help with my lower back is worth it!

anyone seen these in a shop in Ireland? they are E232 on net-a-porter. I love them, but the price.... I don't care about the toning as you walk claim (bet it's nonsense!) i just like the fact that they're an inch higher off the ground.

You can get them in Arnotts on henry street. They always have a 20% off everything day coming up to Christmas, so get them then!

Haveyou tried buying them online through a fitflop retailer?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 925 ✭✭✭Plates

Anyone seen these on sale (as in discounted - not just "for sale") in Dublin? Best I can find online is here - 125 pounds plus 12 pounds delivery.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 925 ✭✭✭Plates

Any sign of Mukluks on sale in Dublin?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 13,252 ✭✭✭✭Madame Razz

Not Dublin but they have the entire fitflop boot range really well reduced in Walsh brothers shoes in Tralee and Killarney. The tall kind are reduced to 150euro and the other styles are cheaper again. Only shop where I've seen them reduced and not only that but well reduced :)

I just bought my winter fitflop boots and wow even more comfy than the summer ones if possible! they have a all sorts this winter trainers and clogs and short boots and knee high boots, i got the knee high ones. seemingly they are hard enough to come by due to the demand but i got mine early in greystones in the meridian centre they have nearly every style and colour. good luck

Hi Nkk, welcome to Boards. It's not considered good form to drag up old threads so I'm locking this one. If you want to discuss FitFlops, start a new thread.
