    Hi all,

Would anyone recommend the Canon 430 EX II flash? I have a Canon 1000D and shoot everything really!

    Thanks.

    Craig

    Thanks. Is it fast?

Fast as in recycling time? Pretty fast, depends on what power setting it's on and how much juice is left in the batteries.

I think it syncs up to 1/250th of a second, not sure off the top of my head.

As fast as any other. It'll depend on the batteries you use. You can also get an external battery pack for it too, to boost power/recycle times.
