Toyota liteace '87 - Cant find battery ?

    trying to recharge my dead battery on my nissan largo but cant find the battery on my mates liteace......the engine is under the passenger seat but for the love of god...i cant find the battery..... could someone tell me where i may find the battery.......cheers :)

    It's in the back of the van - most likely to be behind the drivers seat or near the step at the site door.

    tnks...i will check behiind the drivers seat and at the step at the side door...its dark here at the moment (in nz at the moment) so will check in the morning. if anyone has the exact place...that would be great.

    Not 100% sure but from memory it's under the drivers seat. The seat should tip forward and there's a panel underneath.
