Law Colloquium

I'm helping to organise a law colloquium in college where undergraduates and postgraduates are invited to submit papers. Last year there were significantly more postgraduate entries and just wondering does anyone have any ideas on how to get more undergraduates to submit papers? We plan to take the usual routes eg emailing all law school heads and sending press release to student papers, but want to spread the word as much as possible. I'd appreciate any comments.
