Anyone else playing this game ? A mate and me play online most nights, it's a brilliant game which is massively overlooked. Can be a bit tricky to get the hang of but some of the games you can have are amazing.

I played CoH for awhile a few months back, I never really liked it once you got into all the strats and tactics, I much preferred bashing out a few games with mates and not worrying about build orders and whatnot. With Men of War you don't really have build orders, the heaviest tanks can be taken out by a single soldier with an AT grenade or molotov or can be flanked by a cheaper/faster tank, that's what I love about the game.

I can remember one Tank V Tank game, russians pushed us back with a line of IS-3s against our 2 King Tigers. I saw an opening on their flank and rushed a panther through it, took out 7 IS-3 tanks with that one tank. That was it, game over. We were losing by a bit before that too ! :D

Trying lowering the difficulty level. The last missions of the campaigns can be really tough alright.

The voice acting makes my ears bleed, is there a way of having subtitles only?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,967 ✭✭✭Pyr0

Oh yeah, the voice acting is actually terrible. Thankfully the voice acting in Red Tide is MILES better.

Yeah ur right, in MoW we can defeat Tiger tank just with 1 soldier with equip flamethrower.

This looks amazing, no idea how this slipped past my radar. Will try and pick it up on the steam sale. Currently £20 for the gold edition but might get it cheaper in the next couple of days. Looking forward to trying this out.
