No, they don't

If you don't have a credit card, a good alternative is to buy an iTunes gift card (many places sell them, such as my local Tesco). You then enter the code on your iTunes account and you can spend that amount.

These gift cards are great but what i find annoying is that you can use an irish lser on the apple store but no through the itunes player what a load of crap.
