Getting away from everything

Hope you can help this.Basically I need a few days away from everything.Like no tv,internet,hustle/bustle etc etc etc.Anyone got any ideas of place I can go for 3/4 days that would be like this?
Preferably with nice scenery and something high I can scream off :pac:
Oh and since I dont drive id have to rely on public transport.In waterford btw.
