    Hi,
I'm looking for a commercial van and wondering if there is an independent site that lists the number of km per litre that a commercial van? Or what is the best way to find out this information?
I'm trying to narrow down my search a small bit before going to go out and test drive a few of them.

Any help or guidance is more than welcome,
    Thanks in advance.

It depends on the company who owned the van, for example I put nearly 70k miles in the space of a year. Most diesel engines in vans are good for a couple hundred thousand miles with only normal servicing without anything major going wrong. Of course other factors come into play like what did they carry? etc...Things to look out for would be suspension and turbo as they would be under a lot of pressure on commercial vehicles carrying near there max capacity.

The fuel consumption figures for vans are not published by manufacturers in the UK or Ireland so you are going to struggle for a comparison website.

I've just about navigated my way around www.opel.de. Through the Konfigurator there are consumption figures against the Vivaro I checked so it looks like they are published for Germany. Foreign websites may be the only way to get hold of this info.

www.whatvan.co.uk is a handy website for dimensions of vans etc.
