Mousse/Spray for keeping in curls?

    Hi All

I've had poker straight hair all my life and I'd LOVE to have some bouncy curls for special occasions.

I've bought some heated rollers which give a lovely curl but unfortunately they just don't last. I've tried a few different brands of mousse/hairspray etc but the longest I ever get is about 2 hours - then I'm left with kinda straggly "rats tails" that look dreadful!!

I've really fine hair too so a lot of products make my hair really greasy or they're too heavy and seem to drag the curls down rather than keep them in

Is there anything I could use that might make the curls last the whole night without giving me a grease ball or crispy hair??!!

Try putting in just a little mousse so you don't weigh it down.
Have you tried blowdrying it curly? Use 2 or 3 round brushes and just pick up thin enough sections to roll the hair onto the brush and leave each one on the brush for a minute or so....will take some time to get the hang of it.
I do it with 2 brushes in my hair - dont really get curls but more so waves and loads of volume
    hope that helps :)
