    The classic 80s Sci-Fi series gets a reboot in early November, widely regarded as a classic the original 80s series served to enspire many a Sci-Fi movie since. But one wonders will the good feelings associated with V be destroyed with a reboot.

    Lets face it, remakes generally tank or even get totally destroyed by the stupidity of producers and writers trying a "fresh" approach.

    With that, what are your hopes and concerns regarding V?

    I am excited about this show, really. I loved the mini series (I have it saved on my Sky + from the Sci Fi channel!) and all I really want is for this new remake to have the same sparkle that hooked me on the 80's original.

    Really disapointed about the Visitors not wearing the classic red outfits from the original series! Hopefully it follows the Battle Star Galactica remake route but I have a bad feeling it will be more like Flash Forward which Im very weary about after seeing the first few episodes. Fingers crossed its not another Earth Final conflict or worse.

    This show is gonna be aired weirdly. I think its a small story arc of about 4 or 6 episodes, then the rest are shown next year as far as I can remember.

    If it survives that it will be doin well
