Head in to make up forever on Clarendon St, they have a special concealer for covering tattoos that works brilliantly for this. I went in and got some for my Mum when the same thing happened to her. Also they were really sound and gave me a free tester for her so it wasn't being wasted on something that wouldn't be needed longterm so the only thing I had to pay for was an eyeshadow or something that I got instead.
