    Was in Dublin yesterday and was waiting for a bus , in between my half hour wait 5 guys came up and asked me for a €5 note, i was shocked I know i had just crossed the Canal into the north side but I was only 100 meters away from the south side, I am not from Dublin but live in Donnybrook , Does this happen often on the north side/ or in Dublin
