Hey, I'm afraid I'm not very tech savy so any help appreciated.

recently bought a new laptop with Vista OS. I have also purchased a 3 mobile broadband (Huawei E1550 HDSPA USB Stick). My problem is that I cannot install the driver for the Modem.

It asks if I would like to search for the driver but, for a start my laptop is not allowing me to open the USB key and secondly Install Shield Wizard is not opening.

I have tried the device on another laptop and it installed no problems. Is it possible that I have some security setting turned on which is not allowing my laptop to install the device.

Any help appreciated.
