iPhone top-up

    I dont know if this is a common problem or not but when ever i buy a top up to put on my iPhone i have to enter the code at least 10 times before it works.

    It is starting to drive me crazy and considering changing to bill pay.

    Just want to know do other people have this problem of is it something im doing wrong
