    :D
Hello my good sirs and female equivalents.
I have recently moved to the UK for University.
Now I have a few questions.
When I buy a car here and fill out whatever the UK version of an ownership form, will I have problems because I'm not a UK citizen?
    And another thing of interest.
While I am here I expect to be moving house a lot simply because thats the way it goes so I would rather register it to my home address back in dear old Ireland.
I expect that may cause problems but at least it would mean any letters related to tax, fines etc will actually reach me.
Any idea if this is possible? If nobody knows on here then perhaps you could direct me to some UK motoring site?
    Thank you
    Yours cordially
    Scofflaw

AFAIK, for it to be registered in the UK, you will have to provide a UK address. You will have to send in a change of address form everytime you move house if you are gonna do it quite often.

Correct. It can be a bit of hassle but you may be able to do it online, check the DVLA website.
