Barbie has cankles??

According to Louboutin- who is designing shoes for her 50th anniversary, Barbies' legs are too fat, calling them "cankles" so he's redesigning her legs to fit the shoes! wtf! She's already a terrible influence for body issues in young girls- but apparantly even Barbie can't reach that impossible level of perfection! Also, check out the part about sleepover Barbie having a diet book telling kids not to eat??? What is this world coming to?! :mad:

In fairnest to the man, he knows how the ideal woman's legs should look since he sees so many.
Also, 'too fat' here is clearly taken out of context; 'too fat in relation to the shoes' is what he said. It doesn't mean he thinks she has minging fat calves.

And what's wrong with looking like Barbie anyway?
The real issue is the example being set by Ken. We're only men who like alcohol and eating, not fitness perfectionists!

Typical trash journalism. The guy says the barbie has fat ankles, which is true, because it's a doll and it's not as detailed as an actual human being. Fair observation.

This is then interpreted as,

"XXX designer says Barbie's ankles legs entire body is too fat!! OMG designers really just want young girls to starve themselves!!!

If barbie was getting a wonder bra, it would make sense to adjust barbies boobs to reflect the effect a wonder bra would have. Not much point having a wonder bra barbie without the effect
