Elara/Dabs laptop adapter question

So pleased to have discovered Elara and Dabs! Don't know how I've gone so long without knowing about them!

Just a question: On both sites they offer an adapter for netbooks or laptops as an "extra", for over €30.

Does anyone with experience know if this means that they don't include it WITH the netbook when you buy it? Seems a bit shameless, doesn't it?

Power adapters are included with all netbooks. No need to worry.

See, that makes sense, and that's the way I've always bought computers. I'm just wondering why they bother then to advertise it separately, and why they don't mention it as being included.
