    Is there an actual town with shops/bars etc or is the big shopping center place the only place for shopping. on the way back from the shopping center on the 39 bus, about 5 mins away from shopping cetner we went through a village/small town which had lots of shops/restaurants etc and i wasen't sure if this was blanch or somewhere else

    Yep the small village you went through was blanchardstown village, there's quite a few restaurants, pubs in it, and a few shops too...
