Peugeot 307 Problem

I bought a Peugeot 307 05 Auto a month ago and i have noticed a small problem in the last few days. I was sitting at traffic lights this morning and the lights turned green and i took my foot of the brake and onto the accelarator but the car seemed to have very little power to pull off. I floored the accelarator and thankfully i gained momentum and pulled away fine. It also happened to me a few days ago on a hill. Has anyone any idea what the problem might be??

I had a 1.4 Peugeot 307 2004 from new (not automatic) and the same thing happened to me as well. I distinctly remember being at lights and going to pull off, only the thing had no power and went off like a snail. It happened to me about 4 times in the 4 years I had the car.

It happened intermittently, left it in for a service told them to look at it, did not come back, but sold the car shortly afterwards.
