Hey, just back in ireland after many months studying abroad and back in waterford after even longer so not really up to date on what is where......so was wondering if anyone knows of any good physio's (for sports) in the waterford area...I seem to have f**ked up my knee!! :( Running hurts like hell and after days of rest no change so think its time to seek a professional opinion.

    thanks :)

I know an excellent chiropractor in Waterford that deals with a lot of top athletes - she does acupuncture and a lot of deep-tissue massage work as well. Her contact info is:

    Dr. Michelle Chai
    Dynamic Chiropractic
    Manor Village,
    Cork Road,
    Waterford
    51844933

    Hope that helps.

    Brian

Hi, I am in a similar position, training for a half marathon but have developed some sort of problem in my hip in past couple of weeks. Mick Casey in Ferrybank mentioned above would suit me, can't seem to find him in the Golden Pages, Sungod could you PM me a number or contact details?

    Thanks!
