There is a hard sell going on in Dublin with a well know rip off company.
The people who have been duped into buying in Sunny Beach are being called to Dublin to tell them that the Developer isn't going ahead with the development in Bulgaria.
Whatever you don't agree to let them switch you to Bankso + €7000.
Bansko is a disaster area and properties are nearly worthless.
Ask for you money back and start legal proceedings.

This company has pulled the same stunt with other developments in Cape Verde where the developer had no problems at all.
MRI where trying to switch people to their development to try and sell their own properties before people payed their final installment.
This is the same man who bought a football team and is on Ireland wealthiest people list.

Whilst MRI have closed down several companies, and are playing 'hard sell' to gain more clients, please be aware that whether it is MRI / lifetimeaftersales / MacAthony Reality Internatioal (Ireland or Spain), they should not be touched with a barge pole. My partner spent 15k on furniture for a property and now the company has closed down leaving 100's of people with nothing.

That's what forums are all about

Quick update, several dozen people bought furniture packages through the MRI group after purchasing property through them. They have now broken into several separate companies (for their own logistics). The up come of this is that lots of people including my partner have now forked out close to 20k for a furniture package that has effectively disappeared. We now have undertaken getting a solicitor in Spain (where MRI are based) and we are advising other people who have bought though MRI to do the same.

Amazing that a 32 aged Irish chap would rip of his own, and rip off people from around the globe, not what you would call an Irish ambassador.
