Where can you get hoodies made ?

Howdy peoples,

I was just wondering since there are about 10-15 people in my Chinese class interested in getting hoodies made for the class. I was looking at the Kukri website, as advised by a friend of mine, but we wanted ones with the UCC logo, and our class design on it ("Football friend", written in Chinese if you're interested !).

Also, does anyone have any idea of prices ?

Drop an email to whoever does the UCC hoodies,I'd assume someone in the SU?

we got ours in welch sports in maylor street. loads of colours etc to choose from. also they cud print most things on them .got a student discount too.:)

The students union have a company every year that they deal with for hoodies, varies from year to year. I'd say email shelly@uccsu.ie to ask about getting hoodies and she'll tell you how to do it.

They are now doing zip tops as well.

Nope that was last years crowd, they've changed this year but not sure who the new guys are.

I personally hated last years ones, they all looked the same and none of them were nice in my opinion, plus its always good to have a bit of a change and I think the new crowd are cheaper and nicer looking.

Ian is the person in the SU to e-mail, just so everyone else knows !

Dropped him an e-mail, got an automated one back saying he was out of office until the 30th of October !

The guys who sell the sports wear from that stall on campus on wednesdays did ours last year. They do all the stuff for Kukri and you can put what you want on a kukri hoodie. The ones we got last year had our own logo,the ucc crest and our sponsors name on it, came to €35 all in. The best thing was that they suggested a few alternative design to our one which ended up being a lot better then our original one. I have there email somewhere if you want it.

We got ones from classhoodies two years ago. They were ok but they sent us five that were the wrong size and never replaced them despite a few emails and phone calls saying they would.

Ok I asked and apparently a presentation will be made about getting hoodies this Wednesday at class council, which takes place at 6.30pm in boole 4 and is compulsory for all academic class reps.

It's a company called 4orm apparently this year! www.4orm.ie - They were at SU council last week!

Really good site that, not a single working page! Is this going to be yet another case of the SU giving a contract to a friend, even though they have no product.

No. We got over 20 offers from companies and I was one of the group choosing who we went with and 4orm were the best of the lot. I know no one from the company and neither do the others so save your accusations thanks.

Granted - the site sucks, but 4orm they will be available to meet class reps in the SU Box office (beside bank of Ireland in the student center) every Mon 11am-12pm, and Thursday 4pm-5pm.
