Is it legal to remove unfranked stamps from envelopes and reuse them?

    What do you think?

The fact that you're reusing something which should be paid for separately on a per transaction basis is hardly legal.

Making gain or causing loss by deception or indeed obtaining services by deception.

In my considered opinion I would say the answer is g'php'ik\hgr\[og[poinhwgr[\OIKJNQAG'\oikkvSDvslkngP

sorry I fell asleep there on the keyboard and just woke up. I still think the important thing is that you have to be able to live with yourself and you wouldn't want to have sleepless nights over it. But then again if you're cool with it/it gives you a sort of danger-thrill frisson, I say go for it !

(when the feds come for you, you do NOT know me and we did NOT speak about this)

It is illegal. There was a guy buying the post cards from RtE and removing the unfranked stamps. He was forced to stop.
