I'm on JSB. Can I get means-tested for JSA and then stick with JSB?

I'm currently receiving JSB. Can I get means tested for JSA just to find out how much I'd be entitled to and then stick with JSB if the JSB I'm on is more?

Yes you can - you're allowed to avail of the payment most beneficial to you.

Yes, you can be assessed for JA and either switch to JA or stay on JB
