Hi there can anyone advise what type of kennel would be suitable for a German Shepherd dog it is a pup now indoors but we will be wanting an outdoor kennel for it to sleep in as it will be kept outdoors once it has fully grown. Advice appreciated on size plastic vs wood etc thanks

Its most likely that the dog will chew up a wodden or plastic kennel. You could try your hand at building a kennel out of concrete blocks. If you do go for a flat pack wooden kennel, I think http://www.zooplus.ie/shop/dogs/dog_houses_flaps have some decent ones. Oh and you will need the large one.

if your going to buy stuff, check out the www.zooplus.co.uk website, as it can often be cheaper than the .ie
