I was at the first Ideagen held in WIT Carriganore. It was billed as a networking event, but somewhere between conception and rollout the networking bit lost out to speeches by EI executives. The brainstorming bit was too short. Hopefully they'll get the balance right before the next one. Good idea, but lost its way.

That is the problem with some of these network meetings, they tend to forget what the concept is about and focus more on their own needs.
