Desperately seeking badminton players of all levels and skill. As with a lot of clubs we have two if not three times the number of male players over female players so we desperately need female players, the more experience the better. We have very good facilities and we offer great craic and lots of competition guaranteed.

If you're interested in giving it a try all details are available from Mullingar Badminton Club.

Wow, any club I was ever involved with was the opposite way around, lots of women and always looking for men!

Must be a problem in the Midlands, most clubs seem to have loads of men to fill teams but very few women. Wish it were different, hard at this time of the year to fill teams and the men drift away if there isn't competitions and leagues to compete in. Any advice would be much appreciated.
