    Anyone had to send an Acer laptop back to this lot?

    They've had it for over a week, and it's still showing as "To be inspected" on their site.

    Just how long does it take them to fix a problem?

    I'm in the same boat - took 2 weeks to get it collected and was picked up finally last Thursday and still saying "To be inspected" on their site.
    I'll give them a call later to see what they say.

    Without hijacking the thread, can anyone tell me the cheapest deal to get the 1-year warranty on Acer laptops extended to a 3-year warranty? Thanks
