    It is not in Russia and they are not Russians. Car is made in Russia though... I looks like Croatian number plate but I might be wrong.

    Its from Hainichen, Saxony in Germany.

    Its also got a Historic plate which means its unmodified and original. Strange putting a horse in a historic reg car. Must be a farmer or something.

    Sorry, but that's rubbish ...that's a Slovakian plate (like the third from top here)
