My boyfriend and I have decided to dress as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for halloween. We're keeping the costumes basic enough as we're going to be at an all-day festival, so just green clothes, maybe yellow tank tops with "abs" drawn on, bandanas for our eyes, etc. However I'm a bit stuck on how to make the shell. I wouldn't say I'm very artistic and I can't really sew. I was thinking papier mache or something like that, anyone have any ideas?
