Yes... maybe. Don't think I'd be planning on doing more than 60km or 70km or so though so might turn back at some point.

Saw the weather forecast earlier, Saturday is meant to be a nice enough day out.

Should be up for this, was really hoping to go mountain biking instead though :(

Might turn back early as well, Aston Villa v Chelsea kicks off at 12:45.

EDIT: Feck it, I'll record it. Don't anyone tell me the score or it's a swift kick to the groin.

Just back. Left the group in R'wood on the way back as I had a "very"slow front wheel puncture.
Had to pump it at the top of the Sugarloaf (half flat) otherwise I'd be picking gravel outta my body for a week.....
...........and a few times more till I got home. No big problem.

Nice day, autumn leaves n all that.

4 hrs. on the nose. Enough for me.

110k door to door. Lovely weather, good turn out with some new faces, which is always a good thing. Very tough but nice route thanks to empty.;)
I bitched and moaned my way around but got there in the end. Left the group at Sally Gap crossroads. Legs just couldn't get me over that climb to Bohernabreena.

Well today was an eye opener in terms of my fitness, which is gone to pot...badly.
If you got a report at the end of the spin, mine would read "must try harder."

hardly 100km in the mountains hardly can ever count as a must try harder....

Miles too hard on yourself. You did more than well.Three serious climbs and everybody was in sight of each other at all times.
Ok,some of us needed to use binoculars but still....
