Converting files to wmv

    Hi, i've just bought a 'stop-gap' philips audio / video player from Argos, admittedly dirt cheap but just till i can afford a new ipod. However, it only seems to support wmv files, and won't accept any of the pre-existing music on my computer. Any advice on how to convert my music (and possibly videos) to wmv files? thanks

    Download a program like this and convert the files over to what ever you require.

    OP, are you wanting to convert video files or audio files?

    sidenote: WMV is a video format.

    Hi, just realised I was using the wrong software package that came with the thing. Have it more or less sorted now. Thanks for your help anyway guys
