    Hi,

Been googling there for a while and still not sure :o Heading to London this weekend to see my brother and the only thing he wants is some Shaws sausages and rashers. Obviously they will be in unopened packs. Does anyone know is it ok to bring meat products into the UK in your checked-in bag?

    Ta in advance!

Shouldn't be a problem so long as the packs are unopened. Wrap them well!

I often bring over sausages and Puddings to my brother in Edinburgh. I have never ever had a problem.

I quite often do it. Sainsburys Butcher's choice Sausages into Ireland, Flahavens Porridge to the UK.

Actually, I was thinking of setting up a shop in the UK selling Irish produce, such as McCambridge Bread, Flahavens Progress Oatlets and Denny white pudding.:D

    And Tayto, obviously
