tricity fridge freezer- help me!!

folks, i need your help, i hit the defrost button in the fridge freezer by mistake and now the button is stuck, the freezer is defrosting and the button wont come out, what will i do??!!!!

can you slide a thin flat head screw driver down the side of button and prise it out.im afraid the only other way is to remove the panel and fix the switch.sounds like an engineers job
