Magic Vacations & Springhill Suites Questions

I'm looking at going to Orlando next June. Two adults, one 13yo, one 3yo. I came across Magic Vacations .ie, who have been very friendly to deal with. Anyone here used them before?

The cheapest option is to fly to Manchester, and then direct to Orlando with Virgin Atlantic. What are Virgin Atlantic like to fly with, and are they kiddie friendly?
The Dublin to Manchester flight is with Aer Lingus, so I'm wondering what the baggage allowance will be? (Especially on the return trip)

As I'm not really interested in getting a car, we decided to look for somewhere close to Disney, and we like the look of the Springhill Suites, Marriott Village. Anyone stayed here before?

Only started looking yesterday, so any advice would be appreciated.

I'm not entirely sure if AL have a codeshare with Virgin, but if they do your bags will be checked through outbound and inbound - you won't have to pick them up Manchester either time which solves that problem. Otherwise, whatever AL allow these days as a short haul baggage allowance will be your guide. Virgin are quite good from what I've heard.

Springhill Suites is an apartment/timeshare type of place iirc which means you'll have no courtesy coach which you'd usually get if you stayed in a hotel on I-Drive so I'd suggest renting out a car if one of you can hack it driving. You're quite close to Sea World and Universal too if I remember right - bout 30mins walk to either max but Disney is just that bit farther.
