50" pioneer 503mxe help

    hi people, desperatly need help. i work in a scrapyard and found a pioneer 503mxe in a skip which looked fine, i took home turned on and seems to work but was wondering what was the main use of this screen? can i use it for home entertainment? can i connect my desktop to it? or xbox360?lol i know i sound like a newb but any help would be greatly apprieciated. also if none of these apply is it actually worth anything?? thank you

    The 503MXE is a monitor rather than a receiver. ou can get Boards to allow scart/Svideo connection or if you want to use it as is for TV, the only option is to connect a scart to the 5xBNC connectors (Input 2) but you will need to be sure that your digi box outputs RGB over scart.
    You can hook up your 360 via VGA and game at 720p
    If you have the optional video card (PDA 5002) fitted then you can connect via the s-video connection (Input 3) Dvd players some sky boxes.
