Pighead, false messiah?

This may have been posted before as it's very old, but if it has I can't find it through google.

Look at this picture from Pighead's member page.

Now, look at that again, specifically the last few lines:

Eventually looked up and seen that my prank had horribly backfired. She had killed herself. The joke was on me.

I saw this and my stomach turned.
What are your thoughts?

If Pighead wrote that, Pighead would have said "Eventually looked up and seen that my prank had horribly backfired. She had killed herself. The joke was on Pighead."

Conclusion: Pighead was quoting someone.

Conclusion: Pighead was quoting someone.

Except in the first oart of that paragraph he says

Pighead paused for a full minute whilst looking at the ground, waiting for the sound of tears to come.

So he obviously was talking about himself and not quoting someone else it happened to.
