What colour shade???

    can anyone tell me i want to use some just for men touch and grey

    but one i dont know which colour to use cause i genuinely do not know what colour my own hair is with grey going through it

    any clues or tips please,

    You must have a fair amount of grey if you dont know what your natural hair colour is! So dyeing it will be quite drastic...

    Have a few suggestions though...
    • Check, errr, the other hair on your body :D
    • Look around at your friends (or family around the same age as you) for someone with similar skin tone to yourself (you don't have to make it obvious what you're doing!) and note their hair colour. As it's their natural shade it should suit them well.
    • Try John Frieda blonde/brunette shampoo+conditioner, as it subtly adds colour without the commitment of dyeing it.
