    British woman to be prosecuted for driving through a puddle in her car, splashing a load of schoolkids at a bus stop.

    It's careless and inconsiderate driving, it is. Apparently, 3 people watched and decided to complain to the police.

    I didn't know this was actually illegal. Okay, it's not exactly a nice thing to do.... but not actually illegal.
