    ladylouise,
You dont need books to show you how to stretch, its very simple and theres loads of free stuff on the net.Practically the whole of tom kurz book is contained in an article by brad appleton.

Kurz's Stretching Scientifically is a great book; can be a little heavy if you're not interested in all the technical stuff. A more simple book, with a lot more photos and pictures is The Stretching Handbook... http://www.thestretchinghandbook.com/products.php#stretch_book ...It's not specifically for martial arts, but it still has a lot of good stretches in it.
