    HI ElectroJazz.

    I've sent a note to the community managers but it might be tomorrow before anyone gets back to you as they reasonably try to work during regular hours. This is the "it's important and I've escalated it" message so you know it's being looked at.

    Judging by a quick check of your profile you've now been now sorted with your subscription running from today - as you've subscribed before I'm guessing you know about editing your usergroups to identify yourself as a subscriber if you want that (most do:)).

    You know where we are if you've any problems and obviously thanks for supporting the site:)
