General Handyman for Property Management Company

    Hi

We are in the final stages of having the Common Areas handed over to the Mngt Co and the Developers step down as the Directors of the Mngt Company ~ two owners will now assume the directorship.

We will not be employing the services of an agent having enough expertise to do this ourselves

HOWEVER we do need to have on retainer a good all rounder of a handyman whom we can call on for general repairs

Does any one know someone that can be recommended?

We want some one reliable who is a jack of all trades sort of guy.

    Thanks

    Alfiet

You will need insurance for the handy man...or check that they have their own.

Thanks we are aware of this.

Even our gardener has his own PL insurance

All service providers will / have their own insurance with Safety statement also.

    Thanks
