If you fancy a 3 miler on Sunday as a stroll, jog, SPRINT or taper to your DCM? then look around your locality on Sunday for the Annual Terry Fox Run. its on all around Ireland.

    Who is Terry Fox? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terry_fox

Its a run in aid of cancer research and the funds stay in Ireland.

I know the one in Drogheda starts at 2.30pm in Bolton Square

It's certainly an awe-inspiring story and one which may serve as a motivator if we are feeling sorry for ourselves on a run.

Any more TF runs on Sunday that people know of?

Terry Fox has the status of a modern saint here in Canada. Great cause, I'd strongly recommend anyone who can participate to do so.
