Anyone remember Headbangers Ball on MTV?

Anyone remember Headbangers Ball on MTV in the 80's? It was class and wasn't that the show that introduced us to Beavis and Butthead?

I seem to remember there were a few 'Metal' shows, and I can't remember them with clarity. I seem to remember there was one on Super/Music Box, possibly one on Sky (Mick Wall I think was the presenter), and this one. They were generally dreadful as they showed stuff like Judas Priest Turbolover, and Whitesnake cheese. However on the upside I remember seeing Faith no more, and Megadeth for the first time. Don't remember Beavis and Butthead on any of these shows. I thought they were a more mid 90's thing

Yeah,i remember it being on in the early 90's.It was presented by this tasty metal chick with big peroxide hair.

I do not remember Headbanger's Ball because I had no access to SKY tv back in the day although I think I may have caught a couple of glimpses of it after some Beavis and Butthead episodes that a SKY having friend of one my brothers had given us. Ahhhhhh, good times.
