TV/Aerial Problem

Is anyone else having trouble with aerial(s) and not getting any channels/pictures to show up on the screen?

We are, the TV and signal was fine up until about an hour ago when suddenly we couldn't get (and still can't) get any channels/pictures/sound etc on the tv, all that's on the TV is a while screen with little black things on it, I'm not sure what it's called, but hopefully someone will know what I'm talking about.

We can only get 4 TV stations (RTÉ1, RTÉ2, TV3 and TG4) as out aerial broke over 10 years ago and we never got it fixed, the aeriel has been absolutely fine, even since it broke, we've never had any problems with it.

    Thanks.

They may be doing maintenance on your transmitter, it would help if you had something more specific than 'Location: Ireland' on your boards profile.

They're building new masts at Mulliganish and Truskmore so while they're transferring the antennae from the old to the new masts there will be disruptions.

    Thanks.

It seems to be ok now, my mum thinks the trouble was within the main mast(s)/transmitter(s) and not our aerial as it all seems to be fixed now.

Hopefully it won't give anymore jip.
