Dummy launcher for dog training

    Hi can anybody tell me weather or not i need a firearms cert to have a dummy launcher to train my springer it uses a .22 blank round.?

    You don't need a cert but you do need a permit from the local super to buy the ammo.

    The cert is permission to purchase blank ammo It is free from your local FO
