Tuning old Toyota Yaris radio - help!

I have a 2000 reg Toyota Yaris - bog standard 5 door hatch. Does anyone know how to set up favourite radio stations on one of these already built in old radio/tape things? Have just lost all the stations that were previously set up by trying to add an extra couple . I've managed to change the clock, but the radio has defeated me! Needless to say, there was no instruction book ...

From what I remember of my Yaris(quite awhile ago):

    press the am-fm button
tune to station you want with << and >>
when you get to the station hold the number you want to store it to down for a few seconds until it beeps.

Not very clear, but hopefully you'll get it! :D

Can't believe it's THAT easy! I'll give it a lash later today - anything would be an improvement.

Thanks for taking the time to strain the old brain cells.

rob185 - that was spot on - and very clear - and dead easy (once you know how!). I was making life very difficult for myself - pressing every available button in totally the wrong order!

So, BIG THANKS AGAIN, that's saved me a lot of brain-ache :)
