    Who the hell arrests a drunk man stumbling across the road and tells him to get down with a GUN because he looks completely wasted. Then holds him locked up in handcuffs because he can't remember his name... Why not just send him to the hospital. Sounds like one bored sob

    Becaus he is covered in blood and has bullet holes in his shirt.

    Also if you get arrested when ur wasted it usually means i night in the cells.
