    Hi guys, just a quick shout out to all buddhists, if any in Carlow. Im interested in learning a bit more about buddhism and meditation and I was wondering if anyone around the area could help

    I'm buddhist myself, don't know of any other buddhists in Carlow myself though.
    What is it you want to know? Just in general or anything specific?
